Tour of 1818 Farms in Mooresville

Natasha McCrary, an Alabama native and graduate of The University of Alabama, owns and operates 1818 Farms in Mooresville, Alabama. What started as a pet project transformed into a bustling, nationally renowned sustainable farm that produces handmade products and educates the public on the value of self-sufficiency and craftsmanship. 1818 Farms received Amazon’s first-ever Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year award in 2019 and in 2020, Natasha was named a “Woman of Impact” by Yellowhammer News.

Natasha will share her story, lead a tour of the 3-acre farm, and introduce us to her “happy animal residents” which include Babydoll Southdown sheep, a Nubian goat, cats, hens, a pot-bellied pig, mini pigs, and Great Pyrenees guardian dogs.
